20 Aug ‘End of the Line’ Performance
On Friday, August 16th Market Square hosted the Improbable Players for a free performance of their play titled, ‘End of the Line.’ The Improbable Players are a a non-profit group that use theater performances and workshops to address addiction, alcoholism, and the opioid epidemic. All of the actors in the play are people in recovery that want to help education others and spread awareness to as many communities as possible.
Around 30 people came out to watch the play on Friday. It was a beautiful evening here at Market Square as the audience hung out out the grass and listened to the dialogue of the play.
The performance ended with a Q&A session where the actors took time to talk with audience members and further educate them. This performance was free and welcomed anyone to attend. It was a great, cost effective way to spend a Friday summer evening at Market Square.
